TWO GRANTS FOR RESIDENTS OF THE HOSPITAL UNIVERSITARIO VIRGEN MACARENA

The Fundación para la Gestión de la Investigación en Salud de Sevilla (FISEVI) – hereinafter the Foundation – is a non-profit organization, part of the public sector of the Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía, whose assets are permanently affected by the development of the teaching, scientific research and technological development in Health Sciences. The Foundation’s purposes are to promote and carry out quality biomedical research in Andalusia, as well as the promotion and development of innovations in health technologies, teaching and the management of health services. In accordance with the provisions of article 5 of its statutes, for the achievement and development of its purposes, it may carry out any activities that are directly or indirectly directed to this task. As such, the Foundation announces two awards for third, fourth and/or fifth year residents (second year in the case of 2-year training programs) to carry out rotations abroad of at least two months. duration.
CALL GUIDELINES
A.- Purpose of the call.
Carry out rotations abroad lasting at least TWO months during the period corresponding to the year 2025.
B.- Requirements for applicants
Those who meet the following requirements at the end of the application period may apply for this scholarship:
- Residents of the Hospital Universitario Virgen Macarena who at the time of the 2025 rotation are in their third, fourth or fifth year of training and second or third year residents whose training programs are two or three years long.
- Carry out an external rotation, of at least two months, abroad, from the period between 1st January and 31st December 2025.
C.- Funding.
The unit amount of each grant is 2,000 euros.
D.- Duration.
The grants will be awarded and will become effective throughout 2025.
