The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union States that everyone has the right to the protection of personal data concerning him or her. The General Data Protection Regulation, applicable as of May 25, 2018, specifies the following rights in relation to the protection of personal data:

• Right of access
• Right of rectification
• Right of erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object

You can exercise your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:

• Through the internet: Access the online application (requires digital certificate).
• Through an autofillable form: Access the (pdf) (no digital certificate required).

Additionally you can file a complaint with the Council for Transparency and Data Protection of Andalusia in the manner indicated on the page www.ctpdandalucia.es.

In accordance with the Law of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), FISEVI states that it does not engage in SPAM practices, so no commercial emails will be sent by electronic means that have not been previously requested or authorized by the user.
