During the three days of the event (Tuesday, 22nd April to Thursday, 24th April), students, families, and professionals in the scientific field enjoyed the interactive activities, educational workshops, and live experiments offered at stand 113, which focused on educating about biomedical advances and the importance of health research.
The successful participation and positive reception from the general public reflect the growing interest in health research and the commitment of these institutions to bringing science to the general public and awakening young people’s curiosity and passion for the scientific field.
The stand offered an interactive and immersive experience that allowed the public to learn about the science carried out in hospital and biomedical research settings in the province of Seville in an educational and engaging way. From the use of simulators and virtual reality to informative talks, games, and demonstrations of the work being done in the laboratory, the space provided a firsthand look at how science and medicine advance hand in hand to improve the health and well-being of the population.
The large turnout at our stand during these events was possible thanks to the joint efforts of the various members of the laboratories and research groups committed to the dissemination of scientific knowledge and their daily research work.
FISEVI would like to thank the research staff, the organizing staff of the 23rd Feria de la Ciencia, and FIBES for their collaboration.
