FISEVI participates in the REGIC Manager Mobility Program

Last week, our Foundation had the pleasure of hosting Lourdes Villarroya Lahuerta, a management officer from the Project and Scientific Management Unit at the Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria de Aragón (IIS Aragón).

This visit took place within the framework of the Mobility Programme for Research Managers, promoted by the Red de Entidades Gestoras de Investigación Clínica (REGIC), with the aim of encouraging the exchange of experiences, professional development, and mutual understanding among biomedical research management personnel.

In the photo, from left to right: CAYETANO GARCÍA (International Project Management Unit at FISEVI), LOURDES VILLARROYA, SOPHIE MONTEAU (head of the International Project Management Unit at FISEVI), and GUILLEM VICENTE (International Project Management Unit at FISEVI).

This initiative has provided an opportunity to gain in-depth insight into the methodologies, practices, and management approaches used by both the Aragonese and Andalusian institutions. It has also facilitated the updating of knowledge, the adoption of new working tools, and the strengthening of collaboration between professionals from both centres.

REGIC’s Mobility Programme fosters an active network of shared learning and cooperation, promoting direct contact between peers through short stays at other member institutions, and contributing to the consolidation of ties between organisations that showcase best practices and the added value REGIC offers its members.

We are grateful for Lourdes’s visit and celebrate the opportunity to continue building collaborative networks that promote excellence in health research management.
