The Fundación para la Gestión de la Investigación en Salud de Sevilla (FISEVI) has launched its new Welcome Pack, a strategic tool created to facilitate the integration and orientation of its staff, as well as strengthen the organization’s organizational culture.

The guide was developed by the Professional Management Unit and is supported by the Legal Representative of Employees. Although it is primarily intended for new employees, its content is highly useful for any FISEVI employee, regardless of their seniority at the institution.
