On 17 February 2026, the 1st LGTBIQA+ Plan of FISEVI was approved. This strategic instrument reinforces the Foundation’s commitment to real and effective equality, respect for diversity, and the creation of a safe, healthy and inclusive working environment for all staff.
This Plan, with a four-year duration, establishes a set of measures aimed at preventing any form of discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, and sex characteristics, as well as promoting an inclusive organisational culture across all areas of the Foundation’s activity.

The main lines of action include:
-
Awareness-raising and training actions on LGTBIQA+ diversity.
-
Specific measures for the prevention of and response to harassment and discrimination.
-
Review of internal policies and procedures from an inclusive perspective.
The document was drafted and approved by the Negotiating Committee, with representation from both the Foundation and employees, within the framework of social dialogue and in compliance with current legislation.
